We are seeking a Superintendent, Plumbing Multi-Family to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Troubleshooting and working through construction issues to come up with creative solutions without sacrificing quality
Startup and testing in new residential HVAC equipment
Highly organized with superior communication skills

SKILLS:

Proven ability to supervise, lead and develop teams.
Must possess a calm demeanor, be team oriented, discreet, and willing to receive constructive feedback.
Advanced knowledge of plumbing systems in multi-family dwellings.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

5+ years’ experience as a Plumbing- Superintendent and/or Foreman
5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the industry
Experience working in a multifamily construction environment
OSHA Site Safety Experience
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Multi-lingual with fluency in English and Spanish a plus
